Comments: Pets must obtain prior approval before residing on the property. We permit a maximum of two pets per property, with a combined weight limit of 35 lbs. Dogs and Cats are both allowed. To proceed, we require a photograph of the pet as well as up-to-date veterinary records, which should include vaccination history, breed information, and weight. Please note that aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. A one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $500.00 is applicable for each pet.
